If you are looking for an affordable property to build your shack up north. Or bring in a camper this could be the place for you. The property has a high ground area up near the NE part of the property that would work to create a spot to build that potential home, cabin or bring in a camper. The higher ground area is made up of aspen, fir and a few maple mixed in. The lower ground areas pretty much take up the rest of the property consist of black spruce, cedar and tamaracks. Also some low ground brush areas mixed with swamp grasses. If a person kept a camper or small shack up near the road you might be able to create a food plot in or along the pipeline opening and try to draw deer to that from along the swamp areas. A person or two could possibly hunt the edges of the higher ground area or even rough it and get back into the cedar, spruce and tamarack swamp. The ground that’s high though is quite nice and definitely worth a look if you are looking for an affordable property up north.
