This property has it all!! property A driveway/trail that you can drive a truck quite a ways in. Also a great opening to park a camper or build a cabin! The trail heads east to a beautiful beaver pond. The beaver pond had ducks and geese in it when I walked the property also in a great waterfowl area. I also flushed several grouse when walking the property. Slight changes in topography and timber types creating slight natural edges that game tends to travel. The fact that the property has great hunting opportunities for grouse, waterfowl, deer and bear all on one piece makes in unique. The other thing that makes it great is that the Blackduck State Forest borders one border and Chippewa National Forest borders two sides one of which is across the road. Also in a hub of tons of great lakes!! Lake Winniebigoshish, Cass, Leech, Blackduck, Island, Sand, Round, Dixon to name a few are all close by!! Plus tons more!!
